It is required for the president of INDIA to be a citizen of India and age not less than 35 years. भारतीय राष्ट्रपति का भारतीय नागरिक होना आवश्यक है तथा उसकी आयु कम से कम ३५ वर्ष होनी चाहिए।

In order to be eligible to be chosen as a member , a person must be a citizen of India and not less than 30 years of age in case of Rajya Sabha membership and not less than 25 years of age in case of Lok Sabha membership . राज्य सभा की सदस्यता के लिए उसकी आयु कम-से-कम तीस वर्ष की और लोक सभा की सदस्यता के लिए उसकी आयु कम-से-कम 25 वर्ष की होनी चाहिए .

Every citizen of India who is not less than 18 years of age is entitled to vote in the elections to the Lok Sabha unless he is otherwise disqualified under law -LRB- Art . 326 -RRB- . भारत का नागरिक , जो 18 वर्ष से अन्यून आयु का हो , लोक सभा के लिए निर्वाचनों में मतदान करने का हकदार होगा , यदि उसे कानून के अधीन अन्यथा अनर्ह न कर दिया जाए .

Anyone born outside India after 26 January 1950,subject to certain requirements , would be a citizen of India if his father was an Indian citizen , at the time of his birth ; c . 26 जनवरी , 1950 के बाद भारत के बाहर जन्मा कोई भी व्यक्ति कतिपय अपेक्षाओं के अधीन रहते हुए भारत का नागरिक होगा , यदि उसके जन्म के समय उसका पिता भारत का नागरिक था ; ग .

In the case of one migrating after July 19 , 1948 , he should have been registered as citizen of India by an officer appointed for the purpose by the Government of India . 19 जुलाई , 1948 के बाद प्रवास करने वाले की स्थिति में शर्त यह थी कि उसे भारत सरकार द्वारा इस प्रयोजन के लिए नियुक्त अधिकारी द्वारा भारत के नागरिक के रूप में पंजीकृत कर लिया गया हो .
